Mr. Yaw our ID, had walked us through every step of the design process where he even had offered great suggestions wherever was necessary. The workers upheld a high standard of professionalism, where they had worked hard and safely to ensure that our kitchen looked almost exactly like the 3D model shown to us. The material used for the cupboards and drawers are good. Thanks to ABSOLOOK for ensuring that they would be there for us even after the renovation, if anything went amiss.

My ID is Stephanie, did my renovation within the time period. Well-arranged as collect key in Nov 22 and requested before mid Jan23. Did major renovation, hacking, change the electrical, piping and aircon. Nice setup at the showroom, able to see and feel the things they can provide. Before starting renovation, did provide some advices on the ideas we voice up. can easily voice up any sudden minor requirement and discuss if it is feasible.

I am thankful to get Marcus to do my kitchen who was recommended by my friend. My experience with him was great and pleasant. Find him very patient and responsive. He would listen and share his thoughts. At times he would feedback to me that he has gathered from other customers. Overall, my wife and I love the outcome of our kitchen. Thanks again, Marcus! Engaged Absolook to renovate our very first home and love the outcome. Glen and Yaw gave suggestions and options based on the theme that we wanted and manage to handover within the agreed timeline. Reasonable pricing and carpentry have good workmanship. Love that all the drawers, cabinet and wardrobe doors have soft closing hinge/runners. They were also very responsive even after handover when we had touch up requests.

I enjoyed working with Fiona from Absolook. This is my 2nd house I did reno with her. Fiona is very detailed and understanding. She tries to find the best designs that work for her clients. I wanted to change the whole interior design of my master bedroom as I had 2nd thoughts of the initial design. Fiona met me personally at the house to work out a design that suit me & my hubby. Very happy that we found Lionel from Absolook for our mini makeover! We only did Reno for our LR and MBR and we had lots of unhappiness and problems from our first ID but we didn’t experience these at all with Absolook! He was patient and always giving good ideas and I have learnt a lot from his inputs and his rich experience. I will definitely recommend him to my friends who needs an ID in future!

Stephanie is very responsive to us since the start of the project. The timeline given and project handover is on time. She gave very good suggestions and this value add to the whole experience. Engaged Yaw and Glen for the renovation of our house. The planning process was smooth and our demands were meet smoothly. Glen gave some ideas on top of what we wanted which we were very happy with. Yaw assisted and help with most of our demands and needs during the renovation process. He even went an extra mile and help us carry out Taobao up to our 11th floor Very satisfied with the end product. Even assistance after the renovation was completed and fully paid was responsive.
