We knew the company, Ciseern, after visiting the HDB showflat. This is our first reno, and we are very thankful to have Cindy as our ID. She guides us through the whole reno journey. She is patient and always tries her best to accommodate our design idea, and at the same time, she provides her feedback and professional opinion on how to make it even better. We are also very impressed by her prompt action and her quick coordination with the team to solve any hick-ups and issues that occurred during the renovations. Ciseern and Cindy were the first ID that we met when we were starting on our ID search journey. On our first meeting with Cindy, we were really impressed and surprised by the level of detail and discussion that Cindy went into. Subsequently, one of the key factors we went with Cindy as our ID because we were comfortable with the engagements we had and confidence in her team and Ciseern as a brand.

Through the several pre-reno discussions, Cindy was patient with our questions and also gave very precise professional advices which made our “layman” lives very easy, as we could largely go with her proposed suggestions. We were really satisfied with the 3D rendering and most importantly the detail hand-drawn carpentry drawings.

The pace of the renovation was very comfortable and Cindy project managed the reno very methodically. She had a great working relationship with her partners – tilers, electricians, plumber, painter and carpenters etc. The renovation process went through without much fuss and it was really easy for us the homeowners. We only required to give our inputs to the items which we wanted to add on during the process, and Cindy was very accommodating to our requests and duly delivered. With every renovation, the crux would be the quality of the build and I can safely say the quality from flooring, masonry, electrical works, carpentry, all delivered was immaculate. I would like to highlight that it’s also the little things that matters, and this level of quality/care was demonstrated in the constant protection works which was done really well.

Overall Cindy is the first ID we ever worked with for our house, and we more than satisfied and very happy with the project that Cindy delivered on time and on point.

It is my second time to approach ciseern for reno project. The 1st project was carried out 14 years ago and managed by Colin. As the excellent reno work, the design of the previous house is still good and easy to maintain after these years. Hence, I approach Colin again for the new house reno. Colin and Shermin are very responsible and helpful. The reno was completed on time and the details were well taken care. The carpentry work are wonderful, especially for celuka water proof boards used for kitchen sink area. Colin and Shermin are highly recommended if you want to a dream house!

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Rex for our home renovation. Throughout the entire process, he’s been very receptive and attentive of all our concerns and feedback. Despite time constraints, he has been efficient and always managed to deliver ensured quality on time.

This is my third time working with Frank and Daphne. The first time was more than 10 years ago, and now they were married with children. Every time I will throw them challenges and new ideas, but they are always able to resolve. Even when they have not done before, they would explore and work closely with the team to get it done. This full house renovation has a very tight schedule, and we need to move in within 2.5 months. Many things need to be done with so little time. We are happy that they managed to allocate enough manpower to work onsite, working round the clock, without sacrificing quality. Nobody is prefect, they do missed a few things occasionally, but they would take up the responsibility to resolve them. At the end, there are only very few defects that need to be rectify during the handover. Most importantly, we moved in on time. This is another great experience working with this couple; honest, capable, professional and yet humble. We witnessed how they made all the 3D drawings came alive, sometime even better. Good Job!

As for Ciseern, this company has been around for more than 20 years and has a good reputation in terms of workmanship and after sale services. It is always good to work with a well-established company even though that it might cost a little more but in return you might be getting back a lot more.

Overall, we are happy with the final product, and I feel that my $$$ were well-spent. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and relatives, or anyone looking for a trustworthy team to renovate their homes. Looking forward to work with them again in the near future.

Recently did a major renovation of our 4 room flat, and when we saw the final outcome, we were very pleased and glad we chose Ciseern. We were very fortunate to be assigned Unice Chong as our designer. She’s professional, very patient, great with colors and flexible with ideas. We wanted a timeless design and went to him with our ideas. Being a seasoned ID, Zax was able to provide feedback and suggestions on design practicality on the spot without needing to “check and get back to you”, which made our discussions very efficient.

He was patient and detailed in going through the drawings and quotation with us. Everything was listed down clearly in the quotation and we did not have any unexpected hidden cost issues. The price from Ciseern could be slightly higher than other vendors but in return you’ll get high quality product and good service experience.

During the renovation, Zax was always contactable and never hesitate to go the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect for us. Hiccups were inevitable but they were handled promptly. We would also like to thank Apple and the rest of their team mates for their assistance as well.

Shermin was very friendly and she gives good suggestions in terms of designs. Her scheduling and constant update gave us confidence and trust. She is also a good coordinator and is able to help us manage all the contractors and deliveries. She is also quick to problem solve and give multiple solutions when required. She was also very kind to provide waterproof board for kitchen sink and vanity bottom cabinet and throw in some freebies too! Worth every penny!

I’m personally very happy with our reno experience thanks to ID Sandra. We’ve only had a tight timeline of 1.5 months for works to be done prior to shifting but she was able to make it happen smoothly without much hiccups. Shes been very patient and responsive to all our queries throughout our engagement and is also very meticulous to pick up all the small details that we, as first timers would have overlooked. Shes also very client oriented by not forgetting to prioritize our preference and needs first, before giving suggestions/ recommendations thats to our liking while maintaining the functionality (e.g. furniture / power point installation/ feature wall etc.) and aesthetic appearance.

Would definitely love to engage her service again if possible.
