When I first sat down with Stephen and Kiko, I knew they were best for my reno job. They gave ideas and solutions and never presented any show stoppers to the plan as they provided alternatives that will work. Eye for details and meticulous check on the workmanship every now and then to make sure delivery meets expectations. Communication is critical when the works started and they ensure issues and concerns are address promptly which helps alleviate the reno stress from me. Delivery is house was earlier than expected and every work scope is delivered without any delays. Overall had a good experience with them and very accommodative to reasonable requests to make the entire moving in process smooth. Kudos to the pair for making it happen.
