Rui Xiang was absolutely amazing and are incredible!!!
My wife and I walked into Absolook (TradeHub21 branch) and immediately greeted by Run Xiang with his most polite and professional manner.
We can’t say enough great things about Rui Xiang! We had no idea where to start with the design and decor, Rui Xiang listened to our concerns, has a wonderful eye for colors and great ideas and was able to bring creative ideas to solve our design dilemmas. He came swooping in and helped us narrow down our style, gave us ideas for each and every room and corner, and provided excellent examples and sources for the art, furniture, and decor that we need. His design skills and knowledge are top notch, communication is excellent and the vision he has for any space is in a class all by itself and his out-of-the-box way of thinking is inspiring, even after the renovation is done.
What we appreciated the most about this experience was the preparation work Rui Xiang helped to organize our thoughts and needs in order for us to use our time together most efficiently. As someone who can often go down brainstorming rabbit holes, it was so nice to methodically walk through my house room by room and ask questions to help us finalize decisions we’ve been struggling with.
We knew the reno project will be the most unique and great one (especially the kitchen!!) right after his sketches and 3D drawing was shown to us.
Rui Xiang and his team were amazing to work with from start to finish. He knew exactly what he wanted and gave plenty of lead time to get the job completed. Thoughout the project, Rui Xiang was extremely merticulous, professional yet very personable and friendly. The project spanned a few months and required excellent communication and organization – We must have exchanged thousand of texts, pictures, and whatsapp messages! In the end, the project was a great success and we are thrilled to have been part of it
Rui Xiang is such a warm person with abounding enthusiasm and a genuine love for what he does. He truly has a contagious and amazing gift for design and is a pleasure to work with.
Our home is stunning. We cannot wait to begin the next phases, thanks to Absolook and Rui Xiang. My family and I are beyond grateful our paths crossed!
