Since this was our first house, like others we wanted to deco a dream house, we went through many different IDs and various contractors separately. After we meet up with Alice, she was attentive to our request, and was extremely patient. Her professional advice and expertise on colours/ideas/designs were spot on and perfect for our home. She kept the renovation within our budget and was not pushy for us to overspend also she was able to throughout explain everything in details, and breakdown into the most specific items of work that need to carry out. Although not everything we wanted makes sense and we came to realize after Alice tried her best to explain and gives alternative solutions that are much more practical. Importantly, she intuitively understood our concept and ideas that we had for our home and got to know our design, ideas and preferences quickly. Which was a PLUS POINT for us to decide which ID to use, as it is very important for an ID to be able to understand our design, request and listen to our needs & preference.

During the course of work, we came to site visit occasionally and checked certain details. Things went on smoothly and Alice was flexible to allow us to use our own contractor for electric/wiring works. This was another PLUS POINT. She even go to the extend on checking with her own contractor how certain things could be done when our contractor may not have the best idea how to make it work. The renovation period was entirely worry free as Alice would constantly communicate and keep us in the loop of the day’s work. Of course, there was some small mistakes, patch-up work to be done and she would look into it once we have highlighted to her and she will find a way to resolve within her means.

Alice provides good after-service, and follow-up to make sure everything is perfect. Her advice and assistance was literally just a call/text away and she would reply immediately!
