We knew the company, Ciseern, after visiting the HDB showflat. This is our first reno, and we are very thankful to have Cindy as our ID. She guides us through the whole reno journey. She is patient and always tries her best to accommodate our design idea, and at the same time, she provides her feedback and professional opinion on how to make it even better. We are also very impressed by her prompt action and her quick coordination with the team to solve any hick-ups and issues that occurred during the renovations. Despite the short time frame, she made it possible for us to move in as per our target date. We have been living in our new home for more than 3 months, and we are really pleased with the workmanship and quality of the renovation.
