Ever since I bought a new place for myself and a family, I needed a contractor to transform my house from a bleak and boring residence to something bright and innovative. I chanced upon GinGko Interior Solutions after reading some favourable reviews on their page, and decided to appoint them to renovate my residence after seeing their results with other home owners.

Mr Gerald was appointed as our coordinator for the renovation, and he has done an excellent job in transforming the old house into a beautiful home for myself and my family. From the elegant wall and floor tiles to the redesigned sink area, everything has been done very well. Even the smallest details such as switching all our lighting to LED lights was done at his discretion.

Not only was the work done in the kitchens and washrooms commendable, Mr Gerald went out of his way to help us with the little things, like replacing our old electric outlet points and switches as well as installing a ceiling fan for us. Even when we ordered the wrong model of water closet for our washroom, Mr Gerald kept his cool and reordered the correct one and even getting it delivered to our place himself so that we didn’t have to face delays.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the work Mr Gerald and the GinGko team has done for our house. Stylish, elegant and eye-catching, this is truly the house we imagined ours to be, and we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to them for all the work they have done. Thank you.

I have been sourcing many direct reno contractor for my resale and I choose Gingko Interior Solutions. The service from both Gerald and Daniel is good and prompt. The reno journey wasn’t an easy task especially during this COVID period. While there are expected delays on the completion but Gerald & Daniel still deliver within the timeline. What is good about them is that their price is affordable and transparent with no hidden underlying unlike some scary story you heard from others. Workmanship is good as well.

This is our 2nd renovation journey and we engaged GinkGo to renovate our resale HDB 5i flat. We are very satisfied with their services. From the 1st day I met Gerald whom diligently listen to my design requirements and providing me with the quotation. He also explained how the Company operates in terms of the renovation processes. They have in-house designer, project management team and workers! Their Company is very transparent in terms of their pricing and works execution. Everything will be in the drawing where both parties have to acknowledged so that there will be no dispute. A big shout out to Yixuan, Sakthi, Miao and the rest of GinKo team for executing our reno with minimal hiccups! We are writing this review while we are still in defects rectification stage and they have been responsive to rectify all the defects. Highly recommended!
