I have engaged Joline to renovate my 4R resale flat in mid Sept. Like all, I am skeptical at first when I read about the many good reviews about her. However after meeting up with her, I found her to be very honest, sincere and very experience, know her trade well and her quotation was very reasonable. To be honest, i almost decide to go on with her during our first meeting, but she was not pushy and suggest us to arrange an on site visit so she could explain more in detail on the works that we would like to go on with.

The process of renovation is very smooth and easy. She will always upload photos and video in our group chat to update us on what is going on site.

i would like to give a big thump up to my ID Joline.

Despite my (not so high) budget, Joline was the ID that 1st to respond (despite other ID firms are not even responding) and an excellent ID to work with, very responsive and advise on me which area to improve on my currently house situation and what are the repair can do it later when i am more financial stable. She also suggest many different method to help me make my renovation works much more cost effective.

I will sure recommend my friends or family to find her, for good service and attitude.

I would like to give my great appreciation to Chief designer Sebastian, he have gave me many good advice regarding on my bistro renovation works .

He is very experience with commercial Reno works, and also impart me with a lot of knowledge making me realise on some mistake that I have made perviously on some of my outlet.
