I am writing to express my appreciation and thanks to your company in particular to Frank Lim, Design Consultant of Image Creative Design Pte Ltd. He was the interior designer for my home at Woodlands which was completed on time and handed back to me on 30th May 2015. I am pleased with the quality of the renovation works and interior design of the house.

When I first met Frank, I was already going ahead and placed deposits with your competitor, One Design Werkz Pte Ltd. I changed my mind after meeting Frank and I was willing to forgo my deposit with the other interior designer company. Throughout the discussions and meetings, Frank demonstrated his professionalism and his ability to conceptualize ideas that complemented with what I already had in mind for the house. During the on-going renovation works, he was always responsive to my questions on the renovation and handed well to my hard-to-please attitude and meticulous behaviour. I was impressed with his efficiency and the way he handed rectification works for my home and his efforts to go the extra mile.

I have no qualms to do referrals for your company’s interior design services to my corporate and social circle. Once again, I would like to thank you and Frank Lim for the job well done to my home.

It is with great please that I write this letter of recommendation for Mr Mike Tan. Mike acted as our interior Designer providing guidance on all our interior design matters relating to a very eventful and gratifying renovation we undertook from April 2014 to August 2014. He provided invaluable guidance in regard to color schemes, furniture selection, flooring and tiling, painting, lighting and accessorises. This renovation involved several last minute request in designs which were all well accommodated by him.

We are ecstatic about the results Mike achieved. It is a true testament to his talent that relatives, friends and guests who visit our renovated home are in awe of the transformation.

It was a pleasure to work with Mike. While he has definite opinions in regard to all design related issues he listens to the client and works hard to understand the needs of the clients. He is a great person and very comfortable to work with.

We had no difficulty conveying our specific design requirements to Mike and despite working around a limited budget, he was able to materialize our visions into reality without sacrificing on quality. He always took our ideas into consideration and looked for good value when making design recommendations.

We came to see him as a very practical interior designer who can deliver good value for both modest and high end projects. The desire to provide good value to his clients was also apparent in his time management and record keeping on the project.

The renovation was conducted intermittently due to our work related travel commitments and delays to our furniture delivery and assembly. There were also cases where furniture could not be made to fit specific areas of the house and had to be returned. They took up space in the house and hampered the renovation from proceeding further. Despite all these, Mike showed great patience and professionalism in re-scheduling renovation works with various contractors several times to accommodate to our time and convenience. He even assisted in coordinating with contractors that were engaged directly by us to conduct works that were not within the scope of the renovation project undertaken by him.

We would like to thank Image Creative Design Pte Ltd and Mike Tan for transforming our flat to a place we can call home!

This is from owner of 803D Keat Hong Close. This letter serves as a compliment for the interior designer, Mr Jasper Wong, who took charge of doing up my place.

I met him in an exhibition from Singapore Expo some time back during my short stay in Singapore. After which, I took a visit to your office and am impressed by the designs.

Before handing the keys over to Mr Jasper, I have forewarned him that I would be a very difficult customer. Firstly, I work in the United States and am only back in Singapore for a month for work purposes. On top on that, he would have to adhere to my timing of wee hours as that is the only timing I am available while in Singapore. He readily agreed.

I must say he has met all the requirements in terms of servicing a customer and he deserved a gold star certificate for that. He took pains of travelling to the west of Singapore to meet me a couple of times, 2-3am in the morning, as I know he resided in the east. He undertook the project and completed it within 3 weeks, handed it over to me before I left Singapore. This is definitely what is termed efficiency!

The handover was smooth, the workmanship was good. The follow ups during the interim period was thorough. The updates he provided were timely.

While many have complains on renovation, I must say, it was certainly very smooth sailing for me. Money was well spent and Image Creative, definitely, is very lucky to have such a wonderful employee.

Once again, I hereby like to thank Image Creative and Mr Jasper Wong, for the wonderful work. My wife and I, we were delighted with how our new home turned out.

In 2015 we had planned to renovate our home. After seeing many ID firms, we had almost decided on one when we met Mr. Maverick Ho & Mr. Wei Teck Tan at an Oct event in Expo. Subsequently when we visited your office we were impressed by the designs. After viewing the workmanship at an ongoing project, we decided to sign up with your company.

We wish to thank Mr. Maverick Ho & Mr. Wei Teck Tan for the functional & aesthetically pleasing designs and also for completing the tasks and delivering on time. The lead times for planning and implementation was very short but they did it meticulously. They were very friendly and easy to work with. They also work well as a team. Their follow-up after the handing over is very prompt and good. Based on practicality we needed some adjustments for our shelving and mirrors which they attended to immediately.

We are very happy that we selected your firm to do our home renovation. We would gladly recommend Mr. Maverick Ho & Mr. Wei Teck to our friends and anyone who wants to do home renovation.
