I came to know Jonathan Lai when I was looking for my resale flat. He renovated his house just last year and I was immediately attracted to the design of the house.

I bought the house and continue to engage him to design and install more carpentry and storage. He not only good in his design, but also very practical with space planning.

I am very pleased to work with him throughout the renovation period. He communicates with me with all details and updates me on the progress promptly. He is committed to his work and he delivered the results within the promised timeline.

We would like to thank Angela(Tradehub 21) for handling our very first house renovation. Angela was very friendly and patient with us, though there were some minor hiccups or misunderstanding along the way. She takes additional step by telling us, to let her know when we are getting furniture’s for our new home, so that the furniture design and colour can match into her design. We never regret on doing it. Few times we have called her after office hours (9 plus in the evening) and sent her the furniture’s we are intended to purchase. She will still pick up the calls and advise us. Indeed, all furniture purchase were match nicely.

Of course, there are hiccups especially during the Convid-19 CB period. But everything starts running smoothly again after CB ends in June. Once again. Thanks, your help in designing and hard work you have done for us on our new home. We were overall satisfied with the end product and will definitely recommend her to our friends and relatives. Thank you so much!

Our ID was Angela. She is trust worthy, knowledgeable, patience and non pushy. We gave her our theme, criteria and a collection of photo which we screen captured from other websites. She was able to bring all these together and came up with a design which amazed us. During the actual renovation, we have quite a number of last minutes changes. Angela was patience and accomodated to us.

My husband and I appreciate how she coordinated the project smoothly and as an extra hand for helping us put up some furniture.

We would recommend Angela as she is organised and detail-oriented. She tried her best to accommodate our budget and was able to recommend cost-saving suggestions along the way whenever problems about the house was uncovered.

Our house is finally done and we are thrilled with the way it’s turned out! Kudos to Interior Times!

My husband and i have met up with over 10 IDs and we are able to chose Jeremy Lam as our ID for our home as our designs and expectation is very high

for paying for a renovation. As we have done full makeover before, he manage to educate us on which material and design would suit us best to our liking.

During the discussion and planning phase, Jeremy Lam was clear in communicating next steps and pointing out areas to watch out for. He was always responsive even middle of the night and answered all our questions quickly, which was assuring to us. He was also accommodating to our schedule and timelines.

The renovation process went smoothly and had no major delays, despite spanning across the December and CNY holiday period. Jeremy Lam was pro-active in ensuring there was progress made in good time and always reminded us to prepare or purchase things needed in advance.

The handover was smooth and on time. Jeremy remained responsive and engaged even 2 months after and attended to all our follow-ups quickly and professionally. Thanks for giving us a great design home beyong our expectation!
