ID was Ben Louis and only got to know he is not with them anymore. Nevertheless, he was outgoing and very easy going. Came out with so much ideas that we did not think of. A little sceptical at first but the end result shows it all. After market sales, contacting the boss, Mike is easy also. Got any problem can consult him and as much as he can, he will help. Coco is my designer for my new home. She is quite knowledgeable on her field and had provided her professional advice on interior environments that are functional, safe, and adhere to building codes & regulations. She applied her knowledge and sustainable design principles well, as well as the management and coordination of professional services including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety—all to ensure that my family and I live in an innocuous environment that is also aesthetically pleasing.

She designed specifically for our situations, the needs and wants.

Coco work on the project from the initial planning stage and also helps us fine-tune and create a space with the vision of the

arrange furniture for your home. Coco did well in developing design sketches and 3D renderings, consulting on materials and color schemes and breaking down all our costs before commencing work.

She initiated a group Whatsapp chat for details discussions to fine-tune each work process before commencement of work to ensure that the works meet our expectations.

We have source around for ID/Contractors for about 6 months and after comparing, looking at reviews on past projects we decided to choose Coco as our interior designer. Thank you for the hard work! She is greatly recommended.

First visit here,I was a bit skeptical on the pricing and product quality. Since it’s my first time experience finding an affordable renovation rate I decided to take up the package that was drawn out for our 3room bto. Our ID was COCO. She was very professional and very details. The process was very details with Reno loans and after that the date start of our renovation. We were happy with the outcome .All defects were handled and very accommodative. I do recommend some neighbour and family too. Thank you too all the Contractors and COCO for the hard work!

Great experience working with Coco. She is nice and friendly, very easy to communicate & work with. She understands our requirements and is very patient to help us finding solution and refining the design. There are hiccups along the way, just like any project/renovation work, but Coco is very responsible to resolve issues and follow up promptly. Keep up the good work, Coco!

Their service is definitely more than 5 stars. I really appreciate for what my ID Abdullah & Mike had done for me. I was really very impressed how they managed to done up my house within such a short period of time. Just imagine how passionate they are when they are serving their customer. My husband and i was in a midst of planning our wedding when we receive our BTO keys, which OBVIOUSLY we are not ready for. So we got less than 3 months to settle both wedding and house. Nevertheless,we were sooo lucky to have Coco and Mike to be in our whirlwind journey!! They were super helpful throughout, clearing any doubts we have even in an ungodly hour they will answer us! I love how Coco would help us choosing colours or designs when we could not conclude certain things ourselves, showing her immaculate taste which we appreciate! Really grateful when they do things out of their way to make sure we have the house like how we want it. For eg, Mike and Coco wash and clean the house at wee hours because there is no cleaners working at 1am and we need it cleaned the next day. Tremendously impressed that they managed to get our house done on such short notice, less than 2 months ( no joke )!BIG HUGS TO YOU GUYS!!!! Mike is a very patient guy. He listened to all our needs and helped us with the changes we wanted in our current house. We had a budget and he helped us to keep the expenses within it. We love the idea of an open kitchen concept which he made it possible and designed it well more than what we expected. Now, our kitchen is really spacious and we have more than enough storage spaces. Quality of products such as cabinets, sink, tiles, vinyl flooring, lightings etc are very good! Work started immediately after payment and we were updated by videos of the renovation progress. To conclude, we are very happy with having Mike to do our home renovation and will definitely recommend to others.

We have been sourcing around for up to 6 ID and contractor, the price offered by Gylen is not the cheapest but his design amaze us the most.

As we only start ID sourcing 1 month before our key collection, we don’t have much time to brainstorm for design idea, the 3D drawing proposed by Gylen pass first time we saw it, just minor changes require as we prefer a more realistic than aesthetic design. Hiccup does happen during renovation but Gylen always react and solve the problem promptly.

Workmanship is good, only minor defect found.

The journey was tough during Covid as we are staying in during the 2 1/2 month of the renovation.Have engage them for my kitchen and toilet reno and the results were promising and awesome.The person in charge Mike , Jason and Ah Hai did a wonderful job for the renovation. The team of contractors were very efficient with the schedule and making sure of the quality workmanship. Even after the renovations its completed I still can approach them for some mimor issue and they were done efficiently.
