We are 1st time HDB Owners and got our unit during the start of the Pandemic, we had quite a hard time finding an ID company who could meet our requirements and budget. We contacted JAF Buildings and they quickly set an appointment to come down. We met with Jaden who listened to what we had in mind and we liked that he is very experienced and we could see he had many ideas and options to what we wanted and even suggested some fresh ideas. They spent a good 2hours with us to go through what we visioned and within 2days gave us the plan and specs and we really liked it and could see they listened to what we had in mind. We did mentione our budget and without compromising they worked a quote to our budget. From the start Jaden was very clear on the payment schedules and timeline. When the project started he was there to ensure all is going well and kept us updated. The most commendable thing would be he found solutions to some of our concerns without compromising on the quality and delivered us a fantastic end product. We love our home and thank you so much.
