Frankly we looked around on the onset. However we still went back to Monoloft. We were liasing mostly with Joseph. The ease of getting our ideas across and his easy going nature made the whole process stress free. We have worked with other people before and one made us wait up to an hour. With Joseph, he is always early. When looking for someone to do our house, we came across many personalities, some of them really cause us to raise an eyebrow. Ultimately, we feel that not only do we need to trust that person but also need to “click”. The after care service is superb and he is always a text away ready to help. Will highly recommend Joseph. We are supremely grateful to him in helping to create our dream home.

Joseph is one of the most responsible and meticulous person I have work with. After meeting a few company to discuss on my renovation needs, I have asked them to give me a quotation. Upon receiving the few company’s quotation, Joseph’s quotation was the most expensive. But I still go ahead and engage his service. Why? I compare all the quotation and found out that Joseph’s quotation included a lot more item compare to the others. Out of curiosity, I gave Joseph a call and asked on the additional items. In the end, I found out that these items are required by the management office and that he would not want to “surprise” me later on. So I went back to look through the other company’s quotation and found out that they did not include these charges inside the quotation. I called up on of the company and asked about it and the reply I got was, “I had missed out on that and I would revised the quotation and send it to you.” The quotation never came but it did not matter as I had decided to engage Joseph’s service already. Not only that, Joseph managed to guide me on some matters which he feel we can negotiate with the building management office and he was right. I am able to save some cost along the way due to his guidance. I am definitely looking to introduce his service to my family, friends and clients in the future.

Great aftersale service! Joseph have Reno my mum kitchen after 4 year of usage the cabinet spoilt and just a call to Joseph, he arrange someone to fix it within 2 day! Thumb up for his service .
