My sincere appreciation and salute to Ms Vernice for a job well done.
Due to an ugly situation at my mother’s common toilet/ bathroom, I need to get the whole floor area repaired and renovated soonest possible for my 71 yrs old mom.
Due to COVID-19 lockdown, I have asked a number of Contractors n interior designers for help. However, none could get me an immediate start date. My mother could not wait till end of the year that most contractors offered.
My mom could not stop urging me day to day to continue finding a solution. I was devastated.
I did not know Rockstar Interior or Ms Vernice personally. She was referred to me by a friend who assured me that Vernice is known to be fast n efficient.
At first I was skeptical and doubted if she could even do anything magical given the Covid-19 situation and given all the negative responses I received from other contractors/ interior designers past 2weeks.
On the next day, before I could even remember to call her, Ms Vernice already made the first move calling me. Introducing herself, she listen diligently to my ordeals. She asked for my intentions , plans and budget. She made wise recommendations and suggestions. I stressed to her my main priority is immediate start date and I will not accept or agree to anything which takes more than 2 weeks.
2hours later on the same day, she called me and assured me all will be done within 2 weeks.
( WHAT???)
Vernice first called me on a Sunday, 20th September. On 1st October @7:30pm , my mother’s face is gleaming with satisfaction. She can’t speak English but she voluntarily showed Vernice a thumbs up 👍.
Yes, it’s all completed within 12 days, as promised. My mom bathroom toilet now is not only functional but look modern n stylish.
