e are very glad to have chosen Cynthia as our ID to design our first BTO Home. We found her to be very knowledgeable and informative during the initial consultation and she was not a hard-sell either making the meeting very comfortable.

Along the way, Cynthia was very meticulous in her instructions to workers to convey our preferences and also provided many timely updates so that we were kept informed during the reno works.

Although there were some hiccups, Cynthia was very quick to liase with the contractors to make sure everything was correct and on track. All efforts were made by her and her contractors to rectify the defects post completion.

Overall, the price and quality of work provided by Cynthia and her company are excellent and come highly recommended.

Linked up with Jeremy and Leon.. Both were very patient and understood our needs to renovating our place. Especially Jeremy who has been very effective in dealing with any hiccups during the renovation period. Superb service by them!! Jeremy was able to project the idea from paper to reality!

We went thru a wonderful journey during the renovation and are very pleased with the final result. This was all thanks to our ID May who is very trustworthy and responsive. She even treat our home as her own as she went as detail as possible to ensure the final outcome matches with the vision which me and wife had.

There were changes along the way from us some were even last minute but our ID May work around it to get it done very efficiently and timely.

Delvin and Sean did a great job with my renovations. All works completed within 9 weeks. Pricing reasonable and very accommodative to requests. They are open to feedback and willing to bounce ideas for the best outcome. Got the 84 months of warranty upon handover and as of now they are still helping to rectify small defects on request.

After 23 years, the time had finally come to renovate my two toilets, original from BTO. I embarked on a month-long journey of soliciting quotations and selecting an ID. Ultimately, I am glad to have entrusted this endeavour to Joanne Lee from Supreme Houzz, whose unwavering patience and friendly service left a lasting impression. We engaged Supreme Houzz Design for our flat and were quite satisfied with the services that they rendered.We were assigned to Dazz and we appreciate his assistance and design advice. He was also very helpful in relaying our needs to the subcons. Every defect and flaw highlighted were acted upon promptly and efficiently till today though our house reno had completed on 24th May 2023. It would had been a ideal reno company to choose from if the project had completed in a shorter duration.A huge thanks to the team for making the house ready before Mother’s day.

Good colour scheme recommendation.

I like minimalist , “ clean “ look. Can match with any furniture colour. Shermain and team understood that. Service response prompt in rectifying my issues. 5 year warranty for workmanship was worth it. Took about 2 half months for hacking of kitchen/ hall divider, full kitchen overhaul, PD door change for toilet and shower, installation of sink cabinet , mirrors , paint job, revarnish of rooms.

We are very satisfied and grateful with our interior designer Jack Quah. We are blessed to have Jack Quah as our assigned ID from Supreme Houzz. Jack has all the top qualities that an experienced and responsible ID should have for renovation.

Since Day 1, Jack Quah was really great to work with and we can feel the comfort working with him. He is very friendly, responsive and helpful through the journey of our renovation. The design and colour suggestion is definitely to our likings. I can proudly say that no ID will supervise the site as often as Jack and he make sure that everything run smoothly. Jack make sure that every single day there are works carried out without having an empty day wasted and this expedite the whole renovation process.

As my renovation is a full unit makeover with technically whole house full of carpentry, the timeline we give Jack was 10 weeks. However, due to his experience and excellent work arrangement schedule, he managed to surprise us within 7 weeks completion without affecting the workmanship and qualities of the materials. Jack was really very particular about any defect and workmanship and he will rectify with his contractor immediately without being told by us. Usually there might be some minor hiccups in renovation, however with Jack Quah as our ID, everything is smooth and there is totally no issues and he update the status of works every single days to us.

A humble, friendly, helpful and detailed person as your ID will make all homeowners to have a piece of mind while renovation is being carried on. Jack Quah provides excellent services and his tip-top personal attitude will make everyone feel comfortable with him.
