Instructions on how to get here from Tai Seng MRT:
1. Alight at Tai Seng MRT Station CC11 (Circle Line) and walk towards Exit B.
2. Once you come out of Exit B and walk towards Paya Lebar Road.
3. Continue walking straight until you reach a traffic light junction.
4. This is the traffic light junction. Cross diagonally to the opposite side.
5. After you cross the traffic light, you will see Oxley building. (Circled in Red)
6. Continue to walk straight and turn left at Ubi Avenue 3.
7. Turn left onto Ubi Avenue 3 when you see the sign as shown.
8. Walk straight down this path as shown.
9. Crocodile House is located on your left, the one with the orange coloured boxes. We located at level 1 at Lian Seng Hin Mage Showroom.
