Had a great experience with my ID, Kika Chan! She was helpful, meticulous and knowledgeable. The whole process was easy and she really planned out everything accordingly and gave her feedback and advise where needed. There were alot of times where we were lost but she guided us and helped us through. She made our dream home came true and I’m definitely recommending her to my family and friends! 🏡.

Few months before we collected our BTO keys we started checking online for reviews renovations firms and contractors and found many scary stories about the delay in handover and high cost for the works. While searching we came across a few good reviews also and this led to messages to this firms for quotations. We somehow only met one firm, Supreme Houzz Design, their ID Yuli was first to meet us and from that moment he was a constant source of contact for various reasons from Reno related to furnitures to electronics, he never said no to our questions, always finding answers for us even if it meant he had to go ask around for it. At the end of the day he ensured our house was renovated on time and also as minimal defects as possible, even any subsequent defects were touched up before he handed over the house to us. I would recommend Supreme Houzz and Yuli in particular if anyone is looking for a reliable company and ID to ensure peace of mind in a otherwise stressful period, trust me many will tell you renovations and the waiting time to get your house handed over can seem like forever.

It is my second time to approach ciseern for reno project. The 1st project was carried out 14 years ago and managed by Colin. As the excellent reno work, the design of the previous house is still good and easy to maintain after these years. Hence, I approach Colin again for the new house reno. Colin and Shermin are very responsible and helpful. The reno was completed on time and the details were well taken care. The carpentry work are wonderful, especially for celuka water proof boards used for kitchen sink area. Colin and Shermin are highly recommended if you want to a dream house!

after going through 8 ID shopping, we have decided to engage Zax as our ID. it was through word of mouth from relative whom sang praises for their services.

i had an excellent experience with Zax- from start to finish, every aspect of my interaction with them was top-notch. is an absolute design genius! as first time BTO home owners, we had our concerns on the many horror stories but with Ciseern’s long standing track record and Zax professionalism, we felt that they were the perfect choice for our home renovation!

We were engaged with Xavier and Chris. First impression of them were really nice as they were friendly, engaging and detailed in explaining to all our queries. What made us decide on them was the idea of showing us 3D drawing instead of a 2D drawing, it really shows what we wanted for our dream house. From starting of renovation till the end, they were prompt in dealing with all the hiccups. Workmanship was good althoigh given time frame. Thank you for our hard work in building our dream house!

不同於Xavier有點搞笑！他的沉穩又不失親切的專業涵養解說與輔助！最後感謝两位設計師完成一幅有我們想法又有兩位設計師專業的作品。

Work with them at your own risk. Work with them if you like having >2 month delays past the completion date stated to you. Checked with ID Gerard Chin multiple times to confirm the date of delivery+installation of TV, sofa, bed, curtains, to suit HIS reno progress and schedule. Already postponed delivery+installation date prior to that because reno items could not be completed. On the date of delivery+installation confirmed by ID Gerard, carpentry was still not completed, floor protection and scaffolding was still everywhere in the unit, and he expected TV sofa bed and curtains to be installed as planned. All external installation parties declined installation because my items would be damaged if installed at that time. All external parties had to reschedule. In a separate incident, ID Gerard and his electrician (attitude is not great) kept us waiting for 2 hours past the scheduled meeting time of 10 AM. He was not responding to texts during the 1st 45 min of the 2 h we were kept waiting. ID Gerard will tell you “renovation is like that one, don’t need to get angry”. If anyone out there is looking for this kind of EXCITING reno experience, please go ahead and work with him. He did apologise after the above events occurred, but the apologies turned out to be empty because the rest of the reno progress did not improve and continued to have multiple delays with no explanation (e.g. “I think painter will not come today”) and no updates without us having to chase for them. Our renovation experience ended with us asking 3x over 2 working days for updates (NOT asking WHY something is not done, but just for UPDATES), and ID Gerard replying with essentially: if we want to hunt him down at his office, he will wait for us to hunt, and told us “usually such hunts go 2 ways”. Wow what an EXCITING experience with Visionary Interior!

ID Shermaine and madeline was helpful and friendly during our course of renovation. They incorporated our ideas and advise us on how to enhance and beautify the house to another level. They dont shun us and was very professional in their work. Shermaine walk us throughout the whole project and was very accomadating. She was transparent in the work and promptly update us on the works done. Love the outcome of the house and would recommend her for new house owners and future job.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Rex for our home renovation. Throughout the entire process, he’s been very receptive and attentive of all our concerns and feedback. Despite time constraints, he has been efficient and always managed to deliver ensured quality on time.

He’s also very empathetic towards our needs and provides proper advice for long-term and practical designs whenever appropriate. His after-sales service is great and he’s swift with touchups after our renovation.

We are very happy with the design, quality and fine workmanship of the carpentry works.

Overall, Rex has been humble, patient, knowledgeable and hands-on which has made our renovation much smoother than expected. Huge thanks to him and all the contractors for the hard work.
