Freshen Up Your Renovation Inspiration With This Impressive Modern Contemporary Home!

Planning your own renovation can be a daunting task. You need to juggle your budget with realistic ideas while also looking at all the technical aspects. But walking through someone else’s renovation journey can certainly liberate some of that pressure. So, let’s take a walk through this impressive modern contemporary home transformation so you can freshen up your inspiration board:

1. Living Room – Understated glamour with neutralsInterior DesignHome Renovation Image Source: Mr Shopper StudioInterior DesignHome Renovation Image Source: Mr Shopper StudioInterior DesignHome Renovation Image Source: Mr Shopper StudioInterior DesignHome Renovation Image Source: Mr Shopper Studio

The living room of this property is square shaped and designed in a stunning warm-coloured palette. The plush caramel coloured sofa is furnished on one end and complemented by custom designed cream coloured leather accent loungers, while the media wall is designed directly opposite to it in a contrasting, rich walnut brown laminate that also matches the surrounding wall accents.

The relaxing, earthy-hued wall claddings are incredibly flexible and chosen for long-term application – even if the homeowners change their furniture, the wall designs would remain timeless. The whole room is anchored gorgeously with an oversized, white shag rug that caps off the whole design beautifully.

2. Dining Area – Gleaming reflections and minimalist richnessInterior DesignHome Renovation Image Source: Mr Shopper StudioInterior DesignHome Renovation Image Source: Mr Shopper StudioInterior DesignHome Renovation Image Source: Mr Shopper Studio

The elegant dining room design of this contemporary chic home provides the most stimulating ambiance. With a sophisticated Bolia statement pendant light grounding the whole ambiance, a Greyhammer dining table that was specially craned in to the 2nd floor, and custom made dining chairs that cap off the whole look, this space speaks volume in luxury. The feature length mirror-clad wall gives the visual illusion of a doubled space, which enhances the narrow layout of the dining room.

3.The Foyer – Adding a touch of familiarity and personalityInterior DesignHome Renovation Image Source: Mr Shopper Studio

Foyers are transitional spaces and the one designed for this contemporary chic home is supposed to be a reflection of what’s to come on the main living areas of the second floor. It’s designed with stunning wood frets and accent mirrors to elevate the texture and glamour of the space. The piano brings the whole ambiance together and symbolizes the cozy, family-oriented use of the space. It’s topped off by a statement painting done by the homeowner’s daughter, so it brings a nice personal touch to the interior design.

4. The Master Bedroom – Sleek, chic, symmetry and grace

The master bedroom is designed for comfort without compromising the style. The headboard is gorgeously tufted and showcases a trendy play on textures and unique finishes. The floating nightstands are accompanied with tall mirrors on each side and are followed by the chic laminate fret panels with a beautiful statement décor in the middle. The cream-and-brown color scheme reflects the sophistication of the living area and unifies the whole theme of the house’s interior design.

5. Bedroom Two – Going classy and timeless with all whites

The homeowners have two daughters and the youngest’s room has been finished in classy, timeless, and evergreen whites. Contrary to being difficult to maintain, the colour emulates a clean, neutral look that always feels fresh and inviting. To give the whites some depth and texture, the headboard has been finished in channel stitches with white leather-like fabric. It has been paired with a beautiful Mid Century Modern style off-white Egg Chair, which circular shape contrasts the linear channel stitching of the bed headboard.

6. Bedroom Three – Transforming the attic with charismatic huesInterior DesignHome Renovation Image Source: Mr Shopper Studio

The eldest daughter’s bedroom is located in the attic and its interior has been carried out in charismatic, urban chic dark tones that are three shades darker than the rest of the home. This enriches the room with a lot of character and has been articulated with the help of a feature headboard with ash-wood textured finishes and classy mirror accents that resemble but do not imitate the rest of the house’s interior designing.

The impeccable beauty of this home is really unlike any other, and it was created through an extremely meticulous and thoughtful process by Mr Shopper Studio, which results in a sophisticated living space that embodies an elegant flow of the contemporary concept, and a luxury of chic modern elements that come together perfectly to form such a gracefully alluring home.
