Now I See You: Color Psychology In Your Interior Design

Color psychology is an actual science that explores the way which various colors and their hues, tints and tones can affect the human mood. Each color – either warm or cold – effects the adjoining contrast; however, it adds to the overall ambiance along with what you feel in it.

Every color is a very specific mood inducer. A loud, neon color may cause unnecessary irritation and annoyance whereas a middling color scheme can induce unwarranted boredom despite it looks chic or stylish. The effect of each color is further enhanced or toned down when we adjust the tint. As we know that the darker the color, the more intense its effect. Similarly, the lighter the color, the less it effects the mood.

We are going to show you some of the more mainstream color choices in interior design and how they can inadvertently affect the mood of the user.
