The bathroom in a contemporary home – especially in Singapore HDB units – are relatively small in size. However, compartmentalization of each fixture allows for an efficient use of this space. Therefore, the Fifth Avenue design team has created innovative compartment spaces in the bathroom designs to separate the vanity, the WC and the shower area.

Who would have though breakfast bars and kitchen islands to be such a common part of their kitchens even a century ago? But common they are. The clean, modernist bar that the Fifth Avenue team has designed in this home is quite beautiful.

Decoration and accessories used to be a part of villas that belonged to the upscale society. But mass production has made it a common phenomenon. Now every contemporary home features at least a few accessories in the form of artwork, trinkets and decoration pieces. It has become an essential part of our lifestyle, and the Fifth Avenue Team has definitely delivered on that aspect.
